Summer SetupWheels: Audi RS6 replica, 20" x 9", 47mm Offset
Tires: 275/35ZR-20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Spacers: 5mm H&R on all 4 Center caps: Cheap ebay gloss ones Notes: These were included with the car when I bought it, but the finish was gunmetal with the machined face. I wanted to try something a bit different and thought changing the gun metal to black would look good after I really liked the winter setup where I had the wheels powder coated. The trick here was to still retain the machined finish on the outlines of the wheels. I found Cascade Wheel in North Seattle who has a CNC machine that can do that. Process is stripping the wheels, putting it on the machine to measure the contours, powder coating the wheels, then back onto the CNC machine that now cuts away the powder coat in the right areas. We settled on a ~40% gloss for these, and I'm definitely happy with the outcome. Mike at Cascade is a great guy, and I highly recommend them if you're in the area. Before: After:

Winter SetupWheels: Audi OEM S6 20" x 8.5", 45mm Offset
Tires: 255/35R-20 Continental Viking Contact 7 Spacers: 15mm H&R on all 4 (moved to 20mm on all four on 2/2/2018) Center caps: OEM's, painted matte black (see details below). Notes: The OEM's come with a silver satin finish. I wanted to try something a bit different and found Thermotech in the area who finished the wheels for me in 60% gloss. Great bunch of guys, and quality product. I really like how they came out, and the lead me to doing something similar with my summer wheels. Before: After:
Center cap details: Taking a look at the OEM ones, you can see that the silver rings and 'caps' can be taken off. I removed them all, washed the various pieces, and used some trusty matte spray paint (4 coats) to change them up. I thought about blacking out the caps, too, but after having them on for a bit as is, I like the bit of contrast that they bring.
